Happy Monday π and a very warm welcome to my report, just another ordinary day stepping away.
I began my day with the usual morning walk around the neighborhood. A lovely sunny π day as I made my way around. It did turn cloudy a bit later then sunnyπΉ.
Next came the house chores and then later onto the trending stories from x and you tube.
The day continued being sunny π and cloudy stayed that way even as I set out for the sunset π walk.
I walked around the neighbourhood and park before heading back home and calling it a day.
So now let's take a quick look at what has been happening around the world.
Starting off with Gaza, Palestinians in trouble as Israeli security cabinet has approved full military control of Gazaπ.
Tens of thousands of Israeli reservists are being called up to expand the Gaza ground operations. Palestinians will be pushed to the south of the strip as the army takes more controlπΏ.
Families of Israeli hostages held in Gaza are worried about the safety of their loved ones as this bigger operation is expected to start.
Also trending, Israeli airstrikes have hit Yemen as Israel retaliated yesterday's Houthi missile strike on Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv. They hit the port of Hodeidah and a cement factory. Two people reportedly killed in those strikesπΏ.
The Houthis have vowed more attacks on Israelπ.
In Europe, UK trending as thousands gathered to mark victory day- 80 years since the end of the world war. The King and members of royal family appearing at the balcony of Buckingham palace as military planes splashing red and blue colours flew past. The royals later had tea with the veterans.
The war years was such a difficult time, fingers crossed we never go through a world war 3π―.
Not far off in Germany the far right AFD party has filed a lawsuit against national security service for the extremist label.
Speaking of the far right, In the concluded Romania election, far right leader has come out on top and is headed for a run off vote with the other candidate on 18 Mayπ
Across the pond, its fashions biggest night as the Met Gala is set for tonight in New York, ofcourse as always hosted by Anna Wintour. We will see some crazy outfitsπΉ.
Also trending, Trump will be imposing 100% tariffs on movies shot outside the US, he just won't stop with tariffsπΉ.
