What is a Natural Playground?
A natural playground is created using raw elements from nature such as boulders, logs, sticks, and stones for loose play, stumps for steps.
The goal is to increase the sensory capabilities of a child while allowing them to explore and let their imagination decide where to go. Traditional playgrounds are plastic and metal and usually serve the same function.
In a natural playground, children can create their own paths, heights, games, and such.
There is no limit to how small or large a natural element can be. In fact, the larger the tree, the more uses it has.
I created this project in 2018 :)
