Big congratulations, and I do wish you good luck! It all sounds like a very serious job, and being a manager of all that surely isn't a walk in the park. Well, keeping all the customers happy is never easy. But I'm sure you'll do a great job :) Push forward!

My promotion is still hanging in the air, I fear I'll get bored before that happens. Congratulations again :)
