Greetings everyone, and welcome to my blog. It's another day of the week and I'm delighted to share with you all how I spent my previous day. It was Friday and I still didn't go out because I was battling with my assessment and how to also get my entire code running.
In one of my portfolio I'm working on the topic predicting uterine cancer with XGBoost algorithm in comparison with other machine learning algorithms. It has been a hectic journey for me because my code with regards to this hasn't run yet.
As of yesterday I was able to work myself through the introduction, literature review and the methodology. Currently I'm working on the analysis and discussion which I needed to run the system and get an output which I will be able to report in the analysis and design. It has been a busy day for me because I have tried so many ways to have the code running but all effort proved abortive.
Just like professor Iwendi Celestine will always say, if it doesn't work give it a break and then come back again and start working on it all over again. That is my case as of yesterday. I will still work myself through it today to see if I can get a tangible results but if I couldn't get then I will use the system in the school and also seek support from other persons who are much more better than myself.
I rested thereafter because I kept trying and moving from one error to the other. It wasn't an easy task for.me but I was able to learn a whole lot while trying to solve the issue with the model yesterday. I went ahead to rest my head because it needed it much.
So that was how my day as of yesterday went. I will update in my next publication how I spent today. So guys have fun and enjoy your day as we continue to Steem on.
