Long Term Investment Experiment

in cryptocurrency •  8 years ago

I've learned a lot this last year investing in CryptoCurrencies, and am a significantly better trader, and investor then I was when I first started. So I decided to conduct a little experiment where I took a good sized chunk of change and bought some different CryptoCurrencies that I believe to be good long term holds for a 2-year portfolio. The following chart is how I spread out the money.

I'll be providing weekly to bi-weekly updates over the next 2 years to see how it performs over time.

Solid selection of coins...how long have you had and can you show gains-losses to date?

Oh I literally just built this portfolio last night. It was created in seperate from my current portfolio, to see how my experience in the last year has helped me and whether or not I can do better than when I first started. I put the same amount of initial capital into this portfolio that i did into my original portfolio. My original portfolio had an all time growth of 127%, the highest it was ever at was 337%.

Yea I feel like I was able to build a pretty solid foundation for long term growth, with a little room for some riskier investments that in 2 years time could be valued a lot higher than they are right now.

Appreciate the info...
