That adage prevented me from investing in Bitcoin for a while.

    I think that's everyones initial reaction, if you have a logic sense of reality... But as a philosopher I used to study formal logic - and truth value has NOTHING to do with the validity of an argument - it's weird AF, but that's how formal logic works... :D
