Commercial real estate is not every investor's cup of tea. It comes with its own strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Savvy investors who know the intricacies of the market and who have good credit standing with financial institutions can take advantage of leverage to profit handsomely. At the right location and given time you cannot really go wrong in commercial real estate.
