Can't find a box to ENTER a memo when Withdrawing.

I want to withdraw Steem to Binance, but cannot find a place to ENTER the memo from Binance in both Basic and Advanced withdrawals. Have tried active and memo keys(passwords), have tried 2 browsers with security turned on or off. I request somebody help. Support did not answer helpfully after 9 days.
