Proposal Progress: Final Testing and Mark the PR Ready for Review

Thanks for all the supporters for Proposal: Fixing Steemd Build Dependencies in the Latest OS

Progress Update

I've done extensive testing e.g. letting the steemd (compiled at ubuntu20.04 WSL2) running for a while, observing it being able to generate blocks and sync with the latest blocks.

Therefore, I've marked the PR ready for review @ety001

Meantime, I'll continue for Ubuntu22.04, Ubuntu24.04 and AzureLinux.
