The water heater at home had been leaking for a few weeks. It's more than 6 years old and we have warranty for 7 years. Called the service centre and they requested the invoice for my purchase. Thank goodness I still have copy. They will replace the heater but I had to pay for installation fees of $130.

Yesterday, the installer came.

He took out the old water heater quite fast after turning on the tap to ensure the water in the pipe system were drained.
