Went out looking for late Sunday lunch after the housework. Saw a new stall opening at this coffeeshop at Lorong 1 Toa Payoh.

Headed to another coffeeshop across the road because the lady wanted to eat yong tau foo.

I think she picked more items than me.

I wasn't that hungry so I picked only 6 items with my noodle. The two bowls cost $12.80.
我不太饿，所以只选了6种菜品和面条。两碗面花了$12.80。
Then we spent bought some food for the inlaws and spent some time there before going for dinner. Back to Syed Cafe which we went not too long ago.
然后我们给岳父岳母买了些吃的，在那里待了一会儿才去吃晚饭。我们又回到了不久前去过的Syed Cafe。
It wasn't crowded inside but the guy behind me was coughing badly.
里面人不多，但我后面的那个人咳嗽得很厉害。
So we shifted to a table in a different area.

Getting a bee hoon mee goreng.
点了一份米粉炒面。
A small chicken murtabak.
一份小份鸡肉murtabak。
Two teh halia.
两杯姜茶。
The teh halia came quite fast.
姜茶上得很快。
Waited a while for the bee hoon mee goreng which was different from the usual mee goreng.
等了一会儿才等到米粉炒面，跟平常的炒面就是不一样。
The small chicken murtabak was bigger than expected.
小份鸡肉murtabak比预想的要大。
The dinner cost about $20. Satisifed enough.
晚餐花了大约20元。还算满意。
The Swensens had opened next door. Maybe we'll go there next time.
Swensens 餐厅在隔壁开业了。下次我们也许会去那里。
Outside at the atrium, BYD was having a road show. Who wants to buy an EV?
