Behold, I place before you today the blessing and the curse: the blessing, if you will hear the commandments of Jehovah your God, which I prescribe to you today, and the curse, if you will not hear the commandments of Jehovah your God, and you will depart from the way that I order you today, to go after other gods that you have not known.
Deuteronomy 11: 26-28
God created us with the ability to Choose, choose, decide for what we want in our lives.
The choice is personal, however in his Word he clearly indicates that there are benefits and consequences of obeying or disobeying.
We all want to live well, comfortable and without deficiencies, nobody looks for the curse for their earthly life, but what when everything is not as we imagined?
God's Word continues to give us clear instructions to do well:
"Today I put heaven and earth as witnesses against you, that I have given you a choice between life and death, between blessing and curse. So choose life, so that you and your descendants can live.
Deuteronomy 30:19 NIV
Let's Pray that each day God will give us the ability to choose what is best for us.
"And he said, Blessed before were those who hear the word of God, and keep it." Luke 11:28 | RVR60
The Word of God is an Ocean of truths so magnificent for every detail of our life.
In fact, the Bible is the truth. Not a closeness to the truth, but the truth itself.
There are those who think that the truth is relative, however, I can testify that it was the absolute Truth of the Word of God that transformed my life and changed my regret at the dance.
Every treasure must take care, and the Word of God must take care that it be fulfilled in us, since it brings us closer to the likeness of Christ.
Reading, studying, memorizing, living and sharing the Word of God will make us wise men and women in decision making every day, more opportunities to act, more prudent to speak.
"All scripture is inspired by God, and useful to teach, to reprove, to correct, to instruct in righteousness, so that the man of God is perfect, fully prepared for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:16-17 | RVR60
