It is hopeless for me to get an adequate dialysis treatment from my current dialysis clinic because even after an hour of treatment, my breath is still smelling like urea. Because of it I will try not to eat protein like what I always eat like fish and egg white just to minimize MORE these nitrogen compound build-up in my blood considering that I am already consuming them so minimally which is why I am so emaciated already.
It is a good thing that I am making use of Ketoanalogues tablet, in that way it is like I am consuming protein but without the said build-up of nitrogen compounds which makes me feel ill in-between my sessions because Ketoanalogues are already the amino acids and the are readily and easily absorbed by the guts. That is why I refrained from eating my rice porridge because it has an egg white although it only has one egg white in it.
But I am trying to finish-up the rice serving when my mother brings me my main meal of the day but I still eat the fish contained in it. Sometimes my mother serves me some chicken but eat no less than one small piece especially if it is pork meat while we do not usually eat beef nor any other meat in the other hand. fulfilling my daily calorie needs is a real challenge because I still have less desire to eat and that the dilemma about eating is always present because if I would eat frequently even if I can, it will also speed-up my body in getting filled with fluids which again will have a set of complications like difficulty in breathing and lung issues, i.e., lungs getting filled with extra fluids.
For one thing my dialysis nowadays is not giving me the usual desire to eat after my session, it is because I am not getting enough dialysis "dose". My nephrologist had adjusted my dialysis dose low enough just to correct my experience about hypotension but it resulted in not having to clean my blood substantially. That is why I am suffering from high creatinine levels and it is just making me feel sick. Now it is hard to switch dialysis centers unless I would go to a hospital setting because if I will just go to a standalone dialysis service, if the shit down the will not be responsible to put us to other dialysis centers and I do not want to experience that since I have a viral blood issue and not all dialysis centers accepts patients like me.
But if God answers my prayers about getting rid of Hep C virus in my blood just like I got rid of the Hep B virus, I will take the opportunity to switch dialysis center and get or avail the care of a Nephrologist which at least have a concern about creatinine levels of patients. I actually can do that now since there are no more fees for patients to pay for their treatments in my country because it is already being totally shouldered by my government health insurance. But again it is not that easy because the former nurse in my current dialysis center also works in that hospital which I am talking about and that nurses there have not much idea on how to deal with my case. Well it just suck to be in my situation but if I will be burdened more then I will have to make a decision just for me to feel better.
