The Diary Game: A Day Of School And Bonding (23-04-2025)

Hello me lovely friends, hope we're all good? How's your day been?? I hope it's been as amazing as you are! As for me, I'm fine thank you. I feel great writing here tonight, it wouldn't have been easy without your support and I remain grateful for it. With that being said, let's quickly dive into the business of tonight. I'm going to be writing as fast as I can because I'm feeling a bit sleepy though I know I won't be able to sleep after writing, I don't know why but I've noticed I find it hard to sleep during the night hours even having a nap during the day is a problem.

I made an appearance in school yesterday after five days of break and I was so excited to meet with my friends again, five days felt like five months you know. I actually went to submit my assignment which we were to submit earlier but because of some circumstances beyond my control I couldn't meet up on the fixed date so I had to plead with my course representative to please give me till the next day and he did. I got to school very early to avoid another heart touching stories and submitted my assignment, placed a call to some of my friends to know if they had submitted theirs and it turned out some of them had not and the call served as a reminder too and in a short while they arrived and did the needful.

I had not eaten anything at home and was super hungry, don't know if there's any word like that so I rushed to the nearest food spot to get myself breakfast. My school daughter joined me saying she was hungry, I wanted sending her back but I remembered I had promised to make it up to her after leaving her in school alone to look for her missing phone so that was the moment for the make up and I grabbed it without a second thought. We got to the spot, bought two plates of rice and spaghetti with egg and moi moi. Oh! How I missed this lady's food, I asked for extra after finishing the first one and my daughter looked surprised cos maybe she hasn't seen this foodie part of me before.

After some hours of roaming in school, I decided to go back home and rest though going home at that early hours of the afternoon wasn't welcoming to me at all but I just had to because I'm not really an outside person especially when there's nothing special going on there. My daughter joined me back home and I was glad I had someone who would help me do some chores at home. We boarded a tricycle back home and on getting home, I gave her a dress to change into and asked her to weave my hair. That's her first task as my school daughter and she didn't hesitate though unsure of what style to make me.

I first asked her to weave a small portion of my hair so I'd be sure she can do it and she delivered. I further asked her to part my hair into two and gave her a simple style to weave me and it came out well, it might not be so perfect as though weaved by a professional but she put in her best energy and I love it so to appreciate her effort, I sent her to go buy foodstuffs so I could make food for her. Originally, I had planned not to cook anything but because I was impressed, I had to do it.

I got into cooking and she assisted me in doing some stuffs and that made the work easier for me, in no time the food was done and ready for consumption. I had my bath afterwards and we stepped out to print some past questions we got from our senior colleague so my daughter could use for her revision since her phone was list and she couldn't have access to the soft copy. She went back to her house while I went to mine and had my bath and went to bed.
