Life without water leaf would have been very unfair. See how fresh and attractive it's looks in the eye. As important as this farm product is in Africa cuisine, imagine @entity01 and @saintkelvin17 using this fresh water leaf to make Afang or Edikan ikon soup or preferably with melon and uziza leaf, come join with Fofo swallow, oh my gosh! a good combo with full energy and fullness. Chaii😋, I will lab their house without any invitation.

Yeah I wonder how life would have been if there was no water leaf, the leaf has been very helpful to man and is very greenish and fresh.
My father will give us bunch of this leaf to remove all the pink flowers in it and is quite hectic especially when the work comes unexpected. We have water leaves in our garden at home and we remove the flowers ourselves. Thanks for the invitation, happy new month.

My little chick is adorable, with soft, fluffy feathers and curious eyes. It chirps and peeps, exploring it's surroundings with wonder. It's tiny beak and delocat wings make it precious. A mushroom...
Are mushrooms plants...?
No, they are not...just read on and I'll tell you what they are.
While I was at my Mom's place, two weeks ago. A day before I came back to Uyo , she asked me and my little brother to accompany her to her garden.
That's where I saw this mushroom ,and I decided to pick it and take a picture of it....
We do eat some species of mushrooms. But not all mushroom are edible.
Mushrooms are not plants like I said before. They are a type of fungus and usually grow in damp and sometimes dark environments. Another name for it is Toadstool 😂😂
I don't know how that came about but it's fine.
The mushroom is actually the fruiting part of the fungus.
Mushrooms can also be cultivated and sold as food and medicine. They come in different shapes, sizes and colours. They're a good source of vitamins , mineral, very rich in antioxidants and potassium plus other heart-healthy compounds.
They can be eaten raw , cooked, fried or any how you want it. I know some of you have not tasted it but I'll like you to try it. They taste so nice and with very nice flavors.
Now that meat is very costly. Are you thinking what I'm thinking?...😂😂😎
It can act as a good replacement for meat sometimes.
