Found an Weevils Insect While Taking Photos in a Garden

Hello everyone, today I am sharing some photos and a video of a weevil beetle, that I saw in my friends garden while I was taking some macro photos with my new lens apexel 12x24x lens

I was seeing this insect for the first time and it was so odd how it was eating the plant. It would be hard to spot with the naked eye but the insect feeding the plant was so clear with the macro lens so I took a video also

If you take a closer look it has so many tiny spikes at its mouth which help the beetle to curve the plants above the layer
