I have identified a significant aspect of my engagement. Given the constraints of word count, I would like to emphasise that,
My dedication as a Steemian has remained consistent over the past five years; I have not powered down at any point.
In my capacity as a curator, I have actively provided support to deserving projects on Steem.
Irrespective of whether the content originates within our community or beyond. Furthermore, as the founder of a community, I have educated numerous newcomers through structured tutorial sessions, equipping them with the necessary guidance to succeed.
It is particularly gratifying to observe many of these individuals now serving on the curation team and applying for positions as Steem representatives.
While I shall refrain from identifying specific individuals, I trust that the readers will recognise the contributions to which I am referring. Furthermore, I consistently extend my support to a broad range of Steemians rather than confining it to a select few.

অনেকটা দেরীতে মন্তব্য করতে এলাম। আপনার অ্যাপ্লিকেশন পোস্টটি গতকাল পড়লাম। যেন মনে হলো এই প্ল্যাটফর্মে যুক্ত হওয়ার পর থেকে এখনও পর্যন্ত আপনার পথচলার প্রতিটি মুহূর্ত চোখের সামনে দেখতে পেলাম।
রাতের পর রাত জেগে আপনার প্রতিটি জিনিস শেখার চেষ্টা, হাজার প্রতিকূলতাকে অতিক্রম করে আপনার কাজ করা, সততার সাথে আপোষ না করার লড়াই, এই কমিউনিটিকে দাঁড় করানোর আপ্রাণ চেষ্টা, অসৎ পথে চালিত করা কিছু মানুষের মুখোশ খুলে দেওয়ার সাহস, সৎ পথে চলার পরামর্শ ইত্যাদি আরও কতো কিছু।
আর সর্বোপরি ব্যক্তিগত, শারীরিক ও মানসিক সকল দিক থেকে শতবাধা আসা সত্ত্বেও, কাজের ধারাবাহিকতা কিভাবে বজায় রাখতে হয় তার আদর্শ উদাহরণ আপনি। আর ঠিক এই কারণেই হয়তো অনেকের অনেক চেষ্টা সত্ত্বেও আজ আপনি এই অবস্থানে আছেন।
কাজের প্রতি আপনার নিষ্ঠা, আপনার সততা, আপনার পরিশ্রম আপনাকে হারতে দেয়নি কখনো। আগামীতেও ফলাফল যাইহোক আপনি একইভাবে চলতে থাকবেন এ আমার বিশ্বাস।
আমি আশাকরি এই প্ল্যাটফর্মের কর্তৃপক্ষ আপনার এই অ্যাপ্লিকেশনটি নিশ্চয়ই মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়বেন এবং আপনাকে আপনার যোগ্য সম্মান দেবেন। তবে ঈশ্বর না করুক যদি এর উল্টোটাও হয় তবুও আপনি জিতবেন, অন্তত আমার কাছে। যে আপনার মতো করে শুধু এই প্ল্যাটফর্মে নয়, জীবনের পথেও চলতে চায়।

বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এখানে অনেক অভিজ্ঞতা ও প্রয়োজন যেটা আপনার রয়েছে। দীর্ঘদিন ধরে এই পদে আপনি সম্মানের সহিত আপনার দায়িত্ব সঠিকভাবে পালন করেছেন। এমনকি অন্য অনেকের তুলনায় আপনি একদমই Perfect.
