My First Bad Experience

I have used various online shopping websites including popular platforms like Daraz and AliExpress. AliExpress usually takes more time to deliver the product rather than the Daraz. As I did not want to have a risk I only ordered small items from AliExpress and I got all of them delivered to my place eventually by postal service. It took me like a month to receive the products.

Basically, after a good impression on it I thought of trying out more products. That's when I saw that pair of shoes and they were sold in a sale price. I decided to purchase them and it was the highest amount I expended on a product from AliExpress.

I checked the progress of the order from time to time. Along the way I noticed that there was an error. The page showed there is a shipping problem with my order and it won't get delivered. I couldn't find anyway to get a refund on that page.

I tried to claim it and whenever I felt like it's not working I contacted their customer service. I should say their customer service is really convenient, easy, fast and supportive. They understood and solved my problem within a few minutes and gave me the refund behalf of the product.

What I understood from that situation was I won't get my money back if I did not contact the customer service for help. I am happy I did that and now I am being careful about sales and stuff. However, it was my first time I dealt with such a situation in online shopping. But I really do appreciate their customer service.
