STEEM SRI LANKA AND ME- PART 01 | 10% For SL-Charity

Those days, I was a newbie in steemit and I didn't know anything about steemit. How to do this? How to do that? What is resteem? Those are the questions I always asked from my friends @randulakoralage and @anusha96. I was learning about steemit. One day, evening I was writing my diary post for the diary game season 2.

It was 12th of September 2020. Randula had announced the launching of Steem Sri Lanka Community and so many msges shared in our telegram group about that. We used to put diary game posts in Steeming Community and stupid Sandupi put her diary post in steeming community as usual in that special day. How stupid I am???

This is my very first post what I posted in my lovely community Steem Sri Lanka. Since that day, I started posting my articles in Steem Sri Lanka Community. I did so many things for the first time in my life because of Steem Sri Lanka.

Hosting for two contests is a great opportunity I have had from Steem Sri Lanka Community. How to organise a contest, how to create a thumbnail, what application want to use for that, how to select winners, how to take decisions, how to measure the quality of a article... all the things I learnt from Steem Sri Lanka.

Joining to the charity program is the another special thing I did for the first time in my life because of Steem Sri Lanka. It was a dream in my life and I was able to make that dream come true sooner than I thought. There were lot of things to learn. It is an unforgettable experience I have taken. All those things because of Steem Sri Lanka.

And how I forget last year X'mas celebration? It was a beautiful thing I have done for christmas. I have never celebrate X'mas like that way. I was able to do a cover for christmas song for the Steem Sri Lanka Christmas Wish. That is unforgettable incident in my life

I have two valuable things achieved in Steem Sri Lanka Community. 3rd of March 2021 is a special day for me. That day, Randula informed me that I have appointed as a moderator in our community. It was a great thing I had in my steemit journey. And posting announcements, updates, news in @sl-charity account is the another special thing I had in Steem Sri Lanka Community. I do them with a lot of enthusiasm.

I think I have shared so many things with you and there is so much more to share. I'm really happy about Steem Sri Lanka Anniversary Surprise #1 contest. @randulakoralage, you always surprise us in different ways. Thank you so much for that. See you all soon in the next post.
