Friends, admins and all moderators of the beloved community. I tried to participate in this very interesting contest on this occasion with great enthusiasm. I would like to thank the moderator @drhira who published the idea for this contest. However, before discussing it, I also invited several other steemean friends to participate in this contest, they are @zulbahri @yuswadinisam and @muhammadrasya.

"Life-changing moments"

Everyone certainly has certain moments that change the direction of their lives, as did I. "Life-changing moments" refers to an event or experience that significantly influences the direction or way a person lives their life. This event can be a positive or negative event, but its impact is big enough to change a person's perspective, actions, or even the entire course of their life.

"Life-changing moments" also have positive and negative impacts. But I want to share both on this occasion.

"Life-changing moments" have positive impacts

1. Important moments in education and career

Carrying out the profession as a teacher certainly has its own beautiful moments in living it. Must take adequate education, must also be in the spirit and so on. Currently I am very proud and changed my life journey, which started from a teacher with freelance status to a teacher who is declared professional with a teacher certificate.

Currently are the most beautiful moments that have changed the direction of my life. Because in addition to having a decree as a State Civil Apparatus teacher, I also have a teacher certificate, which is identical to being a professional teacher.

2. Diligent exercise

It is undeniable that health can be maintained by exercising. Before I exercised regularly, I often felt that my physical and mental health were somewhat disturbed. However, since exercising regularly now, even a few years ago, I feel that my physical and mental health are back together in me. This moment is also a beautiful moment that has changed my life.

3. Recreation

Reacting or traveling to enjoy the beauty of nature is a medicine for shallowness or antidote to stress from the many burdens that we think about. By going on vacation to places I have never visited before, I can feel the peace and tranquility, so that the heavy burden seems to disappear.

"Life-changing moments" have negative impacts

1. divorce

Divorce is a big moment that changes my life path and responsibilities. The impact of the divorce that I experienced some time ago, still causes a traumatic impression until now. Because I have considered someone to be owned by me, but I can't have them completely.

2. Leaving my old job

Before graduating as a professional teacher with a teacher's certificate, I once had a job or task as a village official in my village. Leaving that job was a negative moment that happened in my life, because for so long I sacrificed and even spent money to be able to develop that task, but in the end I was forced to leave.
