Today i'm here with my new participation in week contest🍀 DIY contest week 62 begins// DIY//LETS SEE WHAT YOU CAN CREATE|| by @mesola Today I'm going to do another interesting and fun doing drawing of my favorite cartoon character Garfield so without any delay let's get started.

The materials I used

• Paper
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Black marker
• Orange and yellow pencil color

Step 1

In the first step i took a white paper then i started to draw a cartoon character Garfield. To draw this character, I first started with his face. To first of all I drew his big eyes then I focused on more details. Only after this small procedure his face is start appearing.

Step 2

In the step 2 I made his two big ears and drew a perfect shape of Garfield face. Garfield's face is a little mischievous, so I kept his features as it is. Here his face was perfect.

Step 3

In the next step, I made half of his body. i drew his arms a little different then I made his legs and feet along with that, I also made Garfield's tail after this procedure, it is half ready.

Step 4

This step is a little tricky because now we are going to make some marks on the Garfield's body. Then I drew marks on his face, half of his body, and tail with the help of a pencil. It took me a while to do this process, but after doing it, the drawing was complete. Now you can see that the sketch of a Garfield is ready.

Step 5

After the sketch was completed, I highlighted my entire drawing with a black marker. I find this process a bit boring, but after that the drawing becomes even more visible. After that, it was time to add some color I'm only using two colors here, orange and yellow. Apart from that, I have used pink color in his nose. One thing to keep in mind when applying color is that we have to work on the blending or colors. After coloring, my drawing of Garfield completely ready as you can see it's looking too good.
