Good to be back
Hello! It's been a while since I've been active here. I apologize for the absence, which was due to my phone's broken screen. I was using my sister's phone in the meantime, but I couldn't access my STEMEaIT account without my login details. I didn't want to repair my phone, as I prefer to save up for a new one. Thankfully, I've recently purchased a used phone, and I'm managing well.
I'm excited to be back and share stories about my pets! I have a dog and a cat named Alaska, who have been keeping me company. I'll look forward to sharing more about them.
Today, Alaska's kittens are six weeks old (one month and two weeks)! It's been a wonderful journey caring for them. As a pet lover, I'm passionate about treating animals with kindness and respect. I get upset when I see people mistreating pets, whether it's dogs, cats, or other animals.
My pets sleep in the same room as me, and while they have their own space, they've started to get playful and mischievous. I'm planning to give some of the kittens away to good homes soon. Many people have expressed interest, but only four lucky individuals will get to take one home. I want to ensure they go to loving families.
Interestingly, I was once offered a foreign cat, but I decided not to bring it home to avoid stressing my existing cat, Alaska. She's a mixed breed, and I think she'd love having kittens of her own to care for.

Crossing mating my dog Rubi
My dog Ruby is about two years old now. When she first went into heat, I wasn't sure what to expect. Unlike humans, dogs have different reproductive cycles. After consulting with a veterinarian, I learned that I should bring her in for breeding during her heat cycle.
This year, Ruby went into heat while I was away for training. My parents noticed and informed me, so I promptly arranged for her to be bred. She's been back home for about a week and a half, and I'm eagerly waiting to see if she's pregnant.
The vet advised me to wait for about a month to determine if breeding was successful. I'm excited but also a bit nervous. I love Ruby and can't wait to see if she'll have puppies.
