GoPro DR Test, Lidderwat meadows, Anantnag, India. Intruded on the privacy of a horse to figure how much dynamic range info can be pulled from a gopro hero 7 file i.e. can it retain good shadow detail without blowing out the highlights under the toughest daylight situation possible, subject backlit by setting sun. Looking at the files today, I am floored. Never imagined as good image quality from that tiny little sensor. I think I’ll use it for photos more often now!!
