The Diary Game || 27 April 2025 || Doing a purge to cleanse my system before church

Good morning, lovely Steemians across the globe, I'm still your girl @missyleo, wishing you all a wonderful and fruitful new week. I'd love to share my Sunday activities with you. As you know, Sunday is my favorite day of the week - a day to express gratitude to the Lord for all His blessings.

I woke up at 5am and started with a quick prayer, followed by some uplifting worship songs on my phone to set the tone for my morning routine. With church scheduled for 7:30am, I had enough time to get ready. As part of my preparation, I decided to cleanse my system using a herbal liquid substance called Ukebe (or Enema in English). Although I was feeling fine, I hadn't done this in a while, and I wanted to give my body a detox. Ukebe provides fast relief from toxins, and I prefer it over conventional medicine when I'm not feeling well.

Next, I'll walk you through the process of preparing my herbal substance for the cleanse. I used bitterleaf as the primary herb. To prepare it, I pounded the leaves into smaller pieces and then soaked them in water overnight to allow for fermentation.

Next, I mixed the herbal substance with warm water to create a solution that would be effective for the cleanse.

After combining the warm water with the herbs, I poured the mixture into a pail and filtered out the herb particles.

After filtering out the particles, I poured the solution into the enema container. I then inserted the attached tube into my rectum and waited for a few minutes. Shortly after, the purging process began, and I felt relieved of all the toxins in my system.

Following the purge, I bathed and dressed quickly, as time was of the essence. It was already a few minutes past 8am. Once I was dressed neatly and modestly, I headed out to church.

I thanked God for His provision as I reached the main road and spotted a bus with an empty space in the back seat. Without even asking the driver about the fare, I quickly hopped in and sat comfortably, feeling relieved and relaxed.

Upon arriving at the church, I was kindly ushered to a good seat by the usher, as I wasn't scheduled to minister with the choir that day. Unfortunately, I had missed the choir rehearsal and also forgotten to obtain permission from the choir mistress.

Following the church service, the choristers had a meeting with Mama (the pastor's wife). Afterwards, the youth group also gathered for a brief meeting to discuss our upcoming Youth Week, which is scheduled to start this week.

After the meetings concluded, I received numerous compliments on my dress, with many people asking, 'Hope you've taken a photo?' I couldn't resist, so I took a few snaps before heading home.

After the photo session, I headed back home. I then prepared a meal and enjoyed it to my satisfaction before taking a rest. Initially, I had planned to visit a friend, but a heavy downpour of rain that lasted for several hours forced me to cancel my plans.

That's how I spent my yesterday, and I'm grateful to God for making it a successful and fulfilling day.
