Cada 1º de mayo, las manos trabajadoras se detienen un momento, no para descansar, sino para compartir. En algún rincón del campo, bajo el sol radiante y con el aroma del fuego de leña, comienza la preparación de un asado como Dios manda.
La carne, generosa y fresca, se acomoda sobre la parrilla. El fuego, paciente y constante, va haciendo su magia. Mientras el humo baila con el viento, los sonidos del asado comienzan a llenar el aire: el chisporroteo de la grasa, el crujir de la leña, y las risas que anuncian que hoy no se trabaja, se celebra.
