Planet Positives Movement Campaign Through Clean-Up Actions at Lake Lut Tawar with Steemian "Takengon City"

On this occasion I feel very happy because I can spend time with Steemian in one of the iconic tourist destinations of the city of Takengon, Central Aceh district.

Together with Steemian, there are 10 people. We headed to the tourist location of Lake Lut Tawar in the city of Takengon, Central Aceh.

This activity started with our discussion via WhatsApp. Previously we had discussed the pilot project target of tourist attractions that we could visit, from the results of the discussion we made the decision to choose the Lake Laut Tawar tourist spot.

This activity took place in the city of Takengon, Central Aceh. Takengon City is a city located in the highlands of the Gayo mountains. Takengon City is also known as a cold city, because the temperature at night is very cold.

This region is famous for a number of tourist destinations that are very stunning. This tourist destination is the most favorite place because of its amazing natural beauty. We camped near the lake, local people call this lake by the name of Lake Laut Tawar.

Fresh sea lake is the most pleasant tourist destination for where we camp, this camp aims to develop pilot projects and programs. In addition, we also carry out Clean Up actions in the freshwater lake area. We do a clean-up around the freshwater lake because we care about the environment with a very beautiful and cool view that is polluted with a lot of garbage.

Together with 10 Steemian members we created 4 programs :

• Protecting the environment by working together while camping

• Steemit movement campaign, in tourist destinations, with the aim that activities like this can be an example for youth to be more fond of protecting the surrounding environment

• So that people know that our social activities with steemit can be worldwide both in the eyes of local people and visitors. And also promote steemit worldwide

• This activity is a Steemian friendship event

This garbage comes from tourists who are still not aware of environmental cleanliness. In this location also very many tourists who bring their own food wrapped in plastic. From this clean-up action, we found a lot of garbage such as drink bottles, plastic instant noodles, pop noodle cups, and several other plastic food wrappers.

This Clean Up activity is a form of our love for the surrounding environment. Our clean-up action aims to increase public awareness in changing the environment to create a clean and healthy earth.

In this activity we learned a lot so that we can maintain cleanliness and not litter, throw garbage in its place. By disposing of garbage in its place, the surrounding scenic environment will look beautiful and feel cooler like living in peace.

Through the positive Planet Movement, this clean-up action is expected to encourage tourist visitors who are in this freshwater lake to maintain cleanliness and no longer litter.

Through this positive planet, we hope that in the future more communities will join. To be able to become an important awareness in protecting the environment, of course in the future I will convey to @ponpase as the Founder of the SteemForSDGs community supported by @steemcurator01.
