The Diary Game || Date: April 21, 2025 || I shared with you how I enjoyed the day today.

After many years, I have found a morning companion, our office colleague Md. Mofiz. His physical condition has not been very good for the past few days. He went to the BIRDEM Diagnostic Center. He got his diabetes checked there. His diabetes is 21. The doctor told him to walk every morning. So today morning he contacted me and joined the morning walk. He knows that I run 5 to 6 kilometers every morning. I thought that if he is with me every day, then it will be beneficial for me. I have given him a lot of inspiration, not only for diabetes but also for keeping the body healthy. The main elements are you should exercise every day and get into the habit of waking up early in the morning, then your diabetes will be under control and you won't have to take any medication. But I couldn't go much for him today, because it was his first day so he couldn't go far. I really liked that we went together and he is a colleague in my office.

Greetings to everyone from our rooftop flower garden. It is hard to understand how many varieties of China Roses there are without seeing them. We know that China Roses are mainly red in color. But what I saw was that they come in many varieties. We have three varieties of China Roses on our rooftop. This flower looks like it has a bud inside. When it is fully bloomed, the center is red It is light pink all around. This flower of ours is very beautiful to look at.

Last night, a huge accident occurred in our office mill. This has never happened before in the history of our mill. Suddenly, the metal ladle of the melting scrap exploded and fell into the entire casting section. In this situation, the entire continuous casting machine was burnt. The metal has fallen and become solid on the four sides of the casting machine. It takes about 24 hours to work on this solidified metal. It worked continuously for 24 hours and during these 24 hours, our mill's production was stopped. By the grace of God, it was launched today at around 11 am and we were all present here when it was launched. There was no problem during the launch, it was launched very well and the casting lasted for 40 minutes.

On my way home after the office holiday, a huge fair has started next to the railway line. There are different types of rides here, which we see in different parks. But one thing I liked the most here is the different types of sweets. I first ate two types of sweets. I liked it very much. I bought half a kilo of sweets for home, totaling one kilo, for 260 taka. There are many other types of food being prepared, I wanted to try them but I don't like fried food so I didn't buy any. I just took a few pictures on my mobile.
