So I officially Started Steemit back in the Glory days 5 years ago, it seemed quite possible to become a great content creator and Curator, with the possibility of making a few bucks while doing so. Over a short period of time the site began to change and the system didnt really seem Decentralized. Whales began popping up and the once fun site began to become a Popularity contest, with new members stuck begging for upvotes. At this point my love for creating fell to the wayside and I discouragingly left for a while. I have decided to return and see what Steemit has to offer these days. Is it still a popularity contest or can new creators actually survive.
I joined your Community because of the title, in this I feel better life doesnt always have to mean getting rich. It can actually mean that you can do something you love and not feel judged for doing so.
