HOW IT STARTED
My second building project was a blessing in disguise, and I am still amazed at how God lead me to a Land owner. I had just finished my first project and was looking to expand, when suddenly, I received a call from a man who claimed to have a plot of land adjacent to my face building. We sounded desperate to sell, and I could sense the urgency is voice.
Initially corner a quoted me a price of 1.6 million Naira, which I thought was a bit steep. But given the location and potential for growth, I was interested in negotiating. After some back and front, I had to beg him to consider lower the price. Eventually, we agreed on 1.2 million Naira, and I was thrilled to have secured the land.
It was clear that the man needed to sell urgently, and I am excited to see my second land project come to life. The land has been a great additional to my portfolio, and I am excited to see my second building project come to life currently the project is online able to see completion.
Looking back, I realize that my life is where he is today because of the decision I have made, and I am grateful for the partner I have found in my wife. She is a great manager of a finance, knowing exactly going to spend and went to save. She's been a pillar of strength, supporting me through the ops are down of my business venture. I'm grateful to God for bringing us together and for guiding me true my journey so far. His blessing and favor I've been evidence in my everyday steps, and I look forward to what next.
THE EXPERIENCE
The experience was a reminder that sometimes, you needs to negotiate and be patients to get what you want, I am grateful for the opportunity.
