(2 puntos)

I went to a store selling broiler chicks and saw three varieties. Then I bought a layer chick named Cob-500. I saw that all the chicks were the same colour. But I would buy two chicks in two colours for identification. But the two chicks are of the same breed. I have shared the pictures of the chicks and the chicks in the store below.

Then, I bought food for two baby chickens from the same shop. Since the chicks are very small, I purchased feed powder. The shopkeeper gave me good feed because I bought chicks and food from the same shop. I bought 250 grams of feed for now. Then, I purchased vitamins for a baby chicken, a feeding bowl and a water bowl. I could have made food and water bowls for the chicks from plastic bottles at home, but I found a very nice bowl at the shop, so I bought it. I have given the prices of the chicks, feed and bowls below.

I weighed two baby chickens, each a different colour, and then marked one chick with black paint. Both chicks weighed 94 grams. Then I weighed each chick separately. One chick weighed 48 grams, and the other weighed 46 grams. I have shown the weight and marking of the two chicks in the pictures below. I will monitor their growth by checking these weights every day for the next seven days. I took a picture with a piece of paper with the date and my username on it, and placed it next to the paper.

(2 puntos)

I prepared an item of food given in the lesson. On the first day, I prepared 30 grams of feed for two chickens weighing fifteen grams. According to the homework conditions, I will observe the chickens' daily food intake and growth by measuring their weight on the 1st, 3rd, and 7th day. So, I have prepared a chicken growth chart below.

First Day Weigh
Chicken-01Chicken-02
46 Grams436 Grams
Third Day Weigh

0 Grams0 Grams
Seventh Day Weigh

I will give each baby 15 grams of food for a week. I have prepared 30 grams of feed per day for two babies and purchased feed for seven days. I will pay attention to how much food the babies eat daily. If the amount of food they eat decreases, I will find out why the food intake is low.

Seven days of food for two children

I did not give the two baby chickens vitamins on the first day. I will give them vitamins from the second day. I have purchased a vitamin drop called Aloe Vet and will mix five drops with water every day. Hopefully, I will be able to give the baby chickens vitamins regularly along with their food, and the baby chickens will gain weight in due course.

(2 puntos)

I prepared a box that is 20 cm deep, 30 cm long, and 30 cm wide, as per the lesson rules. I will be raising two chickens, so the above-sized box is very suitable. In our country, it is summer now, so in very hot weather, a slightly open box would be better for the two chicks.

When to make a chicken coop

Then I take some wood chips. I put some wood chips in the place where the two chicks live. The wood chips will be comfortable for the two chicks. In our country, wood chips are used a lot in poultry farms. I put wood chips evenly in the place where the two chicks live. Then, I set up the chicken food and water bowls in a corner. The water bowl I bought is two inches deep, so there is no risk of the chicks falling into the water. Then, the food bowl is two inches deep and has a few holes through which the two chicks can easily eat their food, preventing waste.

A total of five chickens

Then, I prepared a 60-watt bulb. I did not use an LED bulb because the temperature would be low. However, since it is currently summer in our country and the temperature is high, the two children cannot be kept in too much heat. If necessary, light air should be kept between them. It is very hot in our country now. Then, I prepared a lamp according to the homework rules.

I have arranged a bulb to maintain the temperature.

Finally, I wrote Steemit challenge, tag, username, and date on a white paper and stuck it to one side of the box. Then, I took a few pictures with the box.

I am holding a box made of chickens.

Conclusion:
I have been enthusiastic about raising chickens since childhood and have long considered becoming an entrepreneur by doing so. Today's lesson has been a good experience for me. I have gained practical experience in chicken farming.

Thank you ma'am for the nice advice. I bought new chickens. I am very happy to be with you in the challenge. I have been raising chickens, geese and cows with my mother since I was a child. I really enjoy raising animals.
