300 Characters on Fighting Witches

in hive-166850 •  3 days ago

As if it is not hard enough avoiding them while being conscious; now they've even became my nightmares. I'm still struggling daily—to sleep and to get out of bed in the morning. I'm at my wit's end and tired, but this has to end. I'm going to tuck in early today to fight off the witches in my sleep.

This is raw and deeply relatable. Night should be a place of rest, not another battlefield. I’m proud of your courage to face it still head-on. May tonight bring you strength, and may the witches lose their grip, little by little. You're not alone, keep fighting, even in your dreams. 🖤🌙

Thank you @peachyladiva

Avoiding is most likely the reason.
Give them room, a face.
Sleeping is a habit and it you stay active (tv, phone, reading, cooking, cleaning...) the brain has no time to process. The best is to do 1 hour nothing before you go to bed. You should face your witches at daylight.

I wish you sweet dreams.

I've been avoiding them for years and that's how I got better. I even managed to reduce my sleep medication. I was hoping that I don't have to rely on it at all but suddenly I had to face the 'witches'. That triggered everything. Now I have to start all over again.
Yeeah, sleep hygiene is so important.

Congratulations!

Thank you!

Avoiding? Ignoring? That's not how it works and it will never last forever since you are 24/7 on guard.
You never start all over again. You have what you didn't have before: experiences!

🍀♥️

Yeah, they would just keep coming at me no matter how I avoided them. I was weak, still do. But I'm trying to improve myself and also go for therapies. I've learned a few different thing to deal with them

Nothing grows overnight. The time to heal takes as lomg as the time it took to het ill a reiki master once told me. It's step by step and like we say: hardlopers zijn doodlopers (if you walk fast you run into death).

Writing and psinting is good therapy. Do you paint or draw? An ugly sketchbook might be a good start. #stuckism painting with feelings not vision

I send you a warm hug and hope you had a good nap.

🤗🍀♥️

Congratulations!

Hahaha, maybe it's better to become a witch.
Great text!

Thank you!

Sounds as if you have busy days and nights, must be exhausting. Why fighting witches if they can give a hand?

Things would be different if they are the good witches
