my first Lid report for today

Hello steemians welcome to my first Lid report for today, good morning to you all and Happy New day hope your night was cool as for me my night was splendid I slept early and woked up early too, at about 5am I woked up joined my family at the parlour for our all round family prayers.
After that I went to my friend's house to call him so that we can follow together for our morning workout exercise hopefully we did it we ran from #NTA junction to somewhere around #Rumuokuta round about waw it was really exciting to exercise our body system. When we came back all my body was super flexible many thanks to my friend who accompanied me. More updates will come your way simply stay tuned
