Greetings, Fine Felines and Hoomans of Steemlandia!

And welcome to the weekend... and in particular, welcome to Caturday, my favorite day of the week for sharing at photos with the world.

Yes, it is sadly true that we have not been as diligent about our Saturday postings as I could have wished for, but the Hoomans have had a particularly busy spring this year, which means they have not had much time to help me with my blog.

What sort of "busy?"

Well, aside from the ongoing work of sorting and selling much of their "clutter" in expectation of moving to a smaller place next year, there has alwso been a lot of house maintenance.

And then there are now two new grandbabies this spring, one of whom has had a rather protracted stay in intensive care after his birth.

The stairwell is where we get the most sunshine, in the spring!

Today we have had a truly lovely day though, with lots of sunshine. The Dad-Hooman pruned the big trees by the front door, which means one of the cats' favorite sunny spots is now far more prominent than it used to be!

And we all know just how much cats love sleeping in the sun!

Shangri wants to play!

Tomorrow the Hoomans will be gone for most of the day, visiting the Daughter-Hooman and new grandbaby in Seattle... but it's only a day trip, so we cats will entertain ourselves as best we can!

Smudge continues her quiet life, and has reached a point where she's pretty content with the "new cats" who have soon been with us for 8 months.

And that's about it, for this week's update! I'd like to think we can become more "regular" soon, but time will tell.
