Hi everyone this is me Muhammad Abdullah.I am fine and I hope that you all will also be fine and would be doing great work at Steemit .Today I am here to participate in a contest that is related to health and the contest is organized in the Healthy Steem community .So we shall start participating in the contest .

Immune System :

The immune system is a large network of the cells , tissues and organs of the body that protect the body from harmful invaders like bacteria and viruses etc. The components of the Immune system are;

  • White Blood Cells.
  • Phagocytes.
  • Lymphocytosis.
White Blood Cells :

White Blood cells are the main terms of the immune system helping the immune system against the immune system.Their are further types of white blood cell .These are.

Phagocytes :

these are those cells that are like macrophages and help I eating and destroying pathogens.

Lymphocytosis :

This group has two kinds of cells T cell and B cell. The T cell recognizes the infected cells and attacks while the B cells produce antibodies to neutralize the pathogens.

and also the immune system can be classified on the class which are ;

  • Innate Immune System.
  • Adaptive Immune System.
Innate Immune System :

The body's first line of defense which is the skin of the body . Fastly responding to the pathogens .This term is called Innate immune system.

Adaptive Immune System :

While the Adaptive immune system is a more specialized body defence that improves with time . When the pathogen once comes in the body then the body recognises the same pathogen quickly.

So after learning what is the immune system we will talk about pathogens.
That affects the body.



Pathogens :

The PAthogen are microorganisms that spread infections and diseases in the body and affecting the normal functions and activities occurring in the body.THe pathogen can be virus, fungi and bacteria etc.

Viruses :

Viruses are infectious agents that are not included in the five kingdoms system because they are not made up of cells . Contain living and nonliving both qualities and the viruses are living when in the host and nonliving when it is without a host. They can only reproduce in the body.They cause infections like Covid-19.

Fungi :

These are organisms like molds and mushrooms that can cause infection usually to those bodies that contain weak immune system.T he infections of fungi are Ringworm, Nail fungus and the Athlete’s foot etc.

Bacteria :

Bacteria are those organisms that are composed of only cell.W hile some bacteria are beneficial and some are harmless but some can cause infection In the body like strep throat and tuberculosis.

Now after learning about the immune system and about the pathogens.
we will learn about the ways to boost the immune system.



Ways To Boost Immune System:

The boosting of the immunity can be done by many ways .These are ;

Eat a Balanced Diet :

Eating a balance diet is very important for boosting of the immune system and the nutrient full food help in fulfilling the fuel for the immune system.

Fruits and vegetables :

Fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins , minerals and antioxidants etc like the vitamin C in the Orange (fruit).

Proteins:

Proteins that are obtained from the and meat fish and nuts etc are very essential for the production of the immune cells and function and they are the essential amino acids etc.

Healthy Fats :

Healthy fats lie Omega 3 fatty acid helps in reducing inflammation and support immune system.

Probiotics :

The bacteria (Good Bacteria) can help in the support gut health which is related to immune system.

Do Regular Exercise :

Doing exercise like moderate exercise which can be done by Swimming, walking and Jogging is good for the immune system wile doing much exercise ina day is very bad as it can weaken your immune system.It means that moderate exercise is the key to make our immune system stronger.

Enough Sleep:

Good sleep is very essential for a healthy immune system as when you sleep during sleep the body produces and releases cytokines which are good because it help in regulate the immune responses. Try to sleep 9 hours a day or 7 hours a day to make your body repair and rest.

Hydrated :

SAying hydrated meaning drinking 8 cups of water and even more if you are in hot temperature because the body need water to work efficiently and the immune system cells can do work efficiently when they get enough water.

Good Hygiene :

When you wash your hands more continuously and using hand sanitizers etc can help you protect from the harmful infections and keep your immune system strong

These are some tips to make your immune system stronger.

Your post looks good but it took long to find a tip, and what I miss most is: Sleep, sleep, sleep since the more we rest the more room there is for the immune system to work and for the body to heal which won't happen if you stay active or are over active. One can stuff himself with as much vitamin C and healthy food, but I can tell you that without sleep, it won't help.
