Bloating is a condition and discomfort of fullness or feelings of tightness in the abdomen, usually accompanied by a visible big or distention of the stomach. People might confuse bloating with other reasons for a more noticeable belly conditions, such as abdominal wall laxity, or looseness. These Is commonly seen especially among elderly women and those who have had children.

✅ CONSTIPATION: When you’re spending a lot of time at home, and you are not around moving as much as you usually do. You may also be eating different concoctions of foods. This may result to constipation. And you will be constipated when you experience it.
✅ HORMONES: This may be culprit because women may experience bloating, abdominal pain and cramps just after, before, and during their Menstruation, publicly knows as period. This is normal and understandable because of the hormonal changes that regulate the menstruation cycle.
✅Excess gas : yes, no doubt gas is a normal thing and part of digestion, but when its too much and builds up in your intestines, it leads to bloating and pains. This took place because food that has not digested has broken down in your colon. This process produces methane (CH4) and hydrogen, which you pass naturally as gas.

✅Avoiding or reducing consumption of wind producing foods like onions, bean, lactose that contains foods and carbonated beverages can help to prevent bloating.
✅ Drink worm water lemon: lemon water may help in alleviating bloating by aiding in reduction and digestion of inflammation in the digestive tract.
✅ Probiotic: consuming of supplements and food that contains probiotics will help to put balance to the bacteria in your digestive tract and improve digestion, and alleviating bloating.
✅Avoid alcohol, drinking alcohol affects your sleeping circle, in which in returns result to inflammation and stomach swelling. Too much of alcohol can also cause diarrhea which connects to bloating abdominal pains.
✅Stay hydrated and do regular exercise: fill a bottle of water and sip it through out day as you exercising because it helps in flushing away excess salt from your system and water that might leads to bloating during your menstruation.
