Now, this will take me to the effective tips to boost our immune system. I will share just the natural tips;

Boosting the immune system is easy but requires discipline, determination and consistency.

DISCIPLINE in terms of the choice of our diets. We have to let go of unnecessary cravings and prioritize eating nutrient rich foods.

Another way to boost the immune system is to maintain good hygiene. This way, harmful pathogens will not have its way into the body system and cause harm.

In order to keep immune cells functioning properly, we must stay hydrated. Drink enough water to enable the body flush or push out toxins.

When I mentioned DETERMINATION, I was referring to the physical activities. We have to exercise regularly and also pay good attention to how the body works by knowing how to manage stress. Meditation and working with daily schedule can help in this aspect.
