TP which simply signify tuberculosis, it is said to be the major and terrible health and medical issue, and therefore for that reason it's requires proper medical intervention. A tuberculosis patient is being infected with MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS, and it first target is the lungs alongside with other parts of the system like kidney, spine and Brain cells. It's advicable to check yourself whenever you notice any strange changes in your system or quickly meet a health care provider for proper examination, some of these symptoms include persistence cough, excessive loss of weight and sweating at night.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a highly infectious bacterial disease, primarily affecting the lungs, caused by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and It spreads through the air when an individuals with active TB cough, sneeze, or spit which comes with releasing infectious droplets without I'm proper measure of social distance from other people or covering the mouth while coughing or sneezing. TB is preventable and curable with appropriate treatment measures

The three most common symptoms of tuberculosis (TB) are a persistent cough which last longer than three weeks, coughing out blood or mucus, and chest pain or chest tiredness. And these symptoms arise because TB mostly affects the lungs.

✓Persistent cough:

TB bacteria, which are spread through the air, cause inflammation in the lungs, leading to a cough that doesn't go away. A cough lasting longer than three weeks is an indication to the take precautions and going to see a physician.

✓Coughing up blood or mucus:

As the infection progresses, the TB bacteria can damage the lung tissue and blood vessels, causing the cough to bring up blood (hemoptysis) and also make the loss weight drastically.

✓Chest pain:

Inflammation and infection in the lungs can cause pain or discomfort in the chest, especially when breathing and coughing which causes discomfort and pain around the chest region when breathing.

There are other related symptoms, though the three above are the most common, other symptoms may also be present, including fatigue, weight loss, fever, and night sweats.

✅How does TB affect our lives?

TB normally causes health issues or problems, which particularly affects the lungs and other parts of the body, if left untreated. TB can also be fatal and lead to long -term complications, TB affects the lungs and difficuly in breathing most times, this alone mostly will affects lives and give them cause to be worried. TB can cause general body weakness, fatigue and loss of appetite, Which leads to weight loss.

TB if left untreated can deprive you of your daily routine, it's limits physical activities and daily tasks, participating in social activities and others things you find pleasure in. Therefore it's proper to enlightened the affected one's in order for the rate at which TB spread would be less. TB can be prevented if only those affected are my well manage and take proper precautions and treatment to avoid the spread to others and also avoid further complications that might be lifetime.

In addition, The BCG vaccine provide partial protection against TB, most especially in children. Practicing proper hygiene, such as covering coughs and sneezes, can help prevent the transmission of TB. Regular health check and prompt treatment of TB cases can prevent the spread and reduce complications.

TB patients faces a lot of challenges, which makes them feel bitter and even think of suicide attempts and therefore these challenges TB patients face are as follows:

✓Social challenges (stigma) May lead to social isolation.

✓Insufficient knowledge about TB

✓side effects related to TB medications: TB medications can cause various side effects, and some might be severe and that will make the patients not adhere to the treatment.

✓Financial and Economic challenges: TB treatment can be costly and patients May struggle to afford it at the appropriate time.

✓Rejection: some TB patients, are neglected by their loved ones not wanting to get closer to them out of fear of contacting.
