Assalam-o-Alaikum!
I'm cherish to participating this contest of ear diseases where I can easily talk about our health and our common diseases of ear that effect our overall health. So, I'm Thanksgiving to @afzalqamar for presenting this such an informative contest. Let's start guyz!
What do you know about ear diseases?
Accordingly my knowledge I am be able to name the few ear disorders, because these diseases are little bit different to all the other diseases in their effect on health. Common ear issues includes the ear infections, Ear infections can occur due to different reasons and causes. Also, a perforated eardrum is the very common issue. In ear infections pain and swelling of the inner part of the ear are also included as ear disorders. Continuously discharge of water from the ear canal and lupus or pus are common symptoms of severe ear disease. Basically i also have personally an idea about a severe ear disorder like sudden hearing loss of a person.
Have you ever experienced an ear related health issues?
Yes, I had experienced an ear related health problem, can be both unsettling and uncomfortably to handle this.
One of the my most memorable experience with an ear problem attack on my auditory system, when I was suddenly developed an infection of ear. It was started with the dull and throbbing, persistent pain in one ear, which radiate towards head. I was thought that it is just a minor discomfort that would go away soon. But as the days progressed, the pain become worse or worse, and I started to feel a sensitization of fullness in my left ear, as it was blocked by something.
After the few hours, I had started to notice a slightly decrease in my hearing system. The world around me was felt totally muffle and silenced, and I had to strain to hear conversation. The discomfort also the affected my balance of body, I felt light headed and slightly dizziness when I move too quickly, as the room is spinning. It was both physically and mentally frustrating.
I immediately seek to medical attention, and then doctor diagnosed me quickly with an ear infection, which is likely caused by a viral or bacterial infection. I was prescribed with antibiotics and he advised me to rest and keep my ear dry to try to keep hygiene proper. The doctor has also mentioned that ear infections sometimes lead to the temporary hearing loss, which only added to my worrying condition.
How can we effectively treat and prevent ear infections
Because I am not an ear specialist so I cannot answer to this question in proper and effective manner. But my knowledge is that Ear infection is the common problem of health so this is possible to prevent to this. If we always follow our basic health rules and focus on cleanliness then wo can prevent this.
Firstly, always we should take proper vaccination on time of ourselves and our children. If these vaccination process has done on time then these common ear infections due to different causes can prevent in effective way that do not occur again and again.
Determination of our hygiene is the definitely very significant thing that is always good for our healthy life. So we should maintain more and more hygiene and keeping our pillow covers clean because due to dirt on pillows can easily effect our auditory system.
We inserts various types of the objects in our ears and roughly scratch them without care of any lesions, which can be very bad for our health. So no unnecessary objects should be stop to putting in our ears.
When we bathing in rivers , shower, and rains water enters our ears, so we should have to be totally awareness about this while bathing in this places. We should always use earplugs when we enter in water for any purpose to prevent from any disease or infection.
Between us many currently use different type of hearing aids that should be strictly kept clean. In end my thoughts is that very important as don't ignore any ear issues, and quickly should seek for treatment for an ear disease from ENT specialists.
