Hello friends and I would be taking part in this contest as organized by @abdullahw2 and would be sharing my thoughts.
Water is life as we all know. During the summer the heat level gets high and the body gets dehydrated due to loss of fluid or water in form if excess sweating or perspiration and micturition or urination. Staying hydrated during the summer is quite important because you replenish the water lost from the body due to high metabolism.
Water during the summer boosts the immune system popularly, enabling the body perform at optimum capacity. It balances water content in the body and overall balances the homeostasis function of the body in regulation of other body activities.
The summer comes with increased heat. On a normal day I consume about 2 to 3 litres of water, importantly the routine changes during the summer. I'm faced with more responsibility of consuming about 5 to 6 liters of water due to high metabolism which include respiration, perspiration increased urination and water becomes the fuel my body runs on.

During the hot weather I prefer taking more fruits, pineapple, oranges, watermelon, sour sops, paw-paw. This is because they are fondly succulent fruits. The interesting part of this is that there is a major blend of these fruits and I enjoy it more often than not as fruit juice.
My favorite food is rice and well during the summer I eat more heavy food and do more of beverages basically the malt drink because it keeps me hydrated. Impressively during the summer I add milk to malt to make it a perfect blend nutritious and nourishing keeping me hydrated and active.
Dehydration is really a bad thing, when you get dehydrated some symptom would be pale look, dry lips and patchy skin, reddish pink eyes making the individual famished and dizzy and low respiration at extreme cases. Therefore we must stay hydrated to avoid these.
The best way to overcome dehydration is by taking water or staying hydrated, when you stay hydrated patchy skin disappears and a good healthy look emerges making you fit for the summer.
