The hardest health issue in humans is kidney stones, which are hard pebbles that are like pieces that are made of salts and minerals that form inside someone's kidneys. It can vary in size. Some kidney stones are as small as a grain of sand, whereas some are much larger than a grain, which is what I know about kidney stones.
What causes kidney stones, and what are the common symptoms?
Several things cause kidney stones some of the things that cause them are as follows:
High level of minerals like uric acid, oxalate, or calcium.
Dehydration which is caused by not drinking enough water
Certain diets especially diets that are high in protein, sugar, or salt
Medical conditions like obesity, urinary tract infection, or gout.

Common Symptoms
Some of the symptoms of kidney stones are as follows:
Fever and chills
Pain when urinating
Vomiting and Nausea
Smelling urine
How can kidney stones be prevented or treated?
Kidney stones can be prevented in the following ways
By drinking enough water
By eating a balanced diet of foods
By staying active and maintaining a healthy weight
By listening to what the doctor said
By taking enough calcium
Why is spreading awareness about kidney-related health important?
Early detection helps to prevent pain and saves lives
It helps to prevent stones and simplify lifestyle changes and some kidney-related issues
Also, spreading awareness helps to enlighten people on how to stay safe.
