In my opinion, swimming is a multifaceted activity that combines sports, exercise and healthy habits. It is associated with the activities of almost all the muscles of the body and is also enjoyable. Some people take it as a profession. It is a very popular and attractive sport in the Olympic Games. Those who come first, second and third are rewarded.

Swimming is a very good exercise. I swim almost in this pond. There are usually no ponds in the city, so swimming is not done regularly. Swimming increases physical endurance, keeps the heart and lungs healthy, controls weight and reduces mental stress. It also helps with arthritis or pain problems, because the pressure on the body is less in the water. Swimming increases blood circulation by moving every part of the body.

Have you ever tried to swim? .Where did you do this in a river, pool or in a sea? And how was your experience?

I can swim by myself. I almost go from one side of this pond to the other. So my experience about swimming is like many others. The experience of swimming in a pond or river is usually very enjoyable and liberating. We often play in the pond. The game of catching one another by diving is very fun.

I learned swimming from my father. So you should always swim in the presence of someone experienced.

  • While learning to swim, you should be patient and take it step by step. You should learn slowly on the bank of the pond. It is usually better to learn to swim using a tube.

  • A life jacket or tube can be used for safety.

  • It is better not to go into deep water. Try to learn to swim on the bank of the pond. If you do not know how to swim completely, do not swim far from the bank.

  • Before getting into the water in the heat, take some rest and cool down your body. If you get into the water while your body is still wet, you may catch a cold. If you stay in the pond water for a long time, your eyes will turn red. So learn slowly.
