Hello my dear Steemians,

 

Today I wanted to write my thoughts for this interesting contest running by @hive-168205 and if you want to learn more here is the link:

My healthy diet

 

Let’s describe my day from healthy style point of view. There are I call normal days when do not eat sweets, cakes or fuzzy drinks, I usually spare those days for holidays and special celebrations.

So let’s start with normal morning, I usually get up at 7AM, because it is too early I do not have breakfast I do not fell hungry, so my morning start just with cup of strong black tea and some milk, that is my caffeine and milk just a bit of protein.

My first meal is about 12PM, I have muesli with some milk and some mineral sparkling water. There is nothing else and usually it is enough until my main meal later in the afternoon.

My main meal is about 3-4 PM, it could be any meat: chicken/ fish/ beef any of them with some side dish that could be potatoes with vegetables, noodles, rice and some tomatoes and cucumber. For drinking it is again mineral sparkling water. That is my last meal, I may have some apple or banana at 7PM and that is the end of eating for a day.

I do not take any vitamin’s at presents, time to time I take Vitamin complex, just because often we do not have enough of Vitamins or trace elements that is I try to take twice a year, usually in autumn and spring a week of Vitamins and then some rest.

My water is sparkling mineral water, I love it especially when it is just opened it is fresh and rich in minerals, slowly it is a habit just to drink it throughout the day.

My exercises are daily walking, I usually walk instead of taking a bus/ underground or car. That gives me an opportunity to get some fresh air and also to gather my thoughts. From other side I never know if I have enough time for exercises later that is why this is always good to tick already the box. In order to relax, I love to listen the music, usually classical music and I usually do it when I am back home. Another relaxation when I am tired is just to have warm foamy bath before going to bed.
