Assignment of duties for Steem India Community - Running the community smoothly and efficiently

Namaste Steem Family,

During the past four months that Steem India has been in operation, we have seen a significant increase in the number of users and the level of engagement among the members. In order to ensure the smooth functioning of the community, it seems appropriate at this time to declare the duties of each moderator and admin in order to make sure that things run smoothly.

The first thing I would like to do is inform our members of the activities we have planned; then I will let them know when these activities can be expected to be implemented, as well as who to contact in the event that the scheduled activity posts are delayed.

It has been decided to divide the post verification work between all the available moderators and admins, so you will see curation comments from each of us on different days as we complete the work.

Since we have started offering our recommendations on the top 3 posts of a specific day, we have been sharing these reports almost daily with our readers and users. Generally, these reports are made to help us get more support from curators for excellent content shared in the community in order to promote it further. In our daily recommendation report, we hope that established curators will support posts that have been recommended by our team every day.

It has been planned to organize a contest every week as part of our weekly activities. This is primarily due to the fact that contests are the backbone of any community where the engagement level, as well as the quantity of posts in a community, are determined by the number of contests running within that community.

There will be an announcement regarding the contest on Mondays, so make sure to keep an eye on those. It is planned that the winners will be informed in a separate post before the next contest is organized, preferably on the Sunday prior to the next contest.

It is very important for the community to keep a record of all the activities that were carried out during the previous week through the weekly report. Using these reports, the community can take appropriate steps in the coming week to manage and increase the engagement levels within the community.

It is the responsibility of all the moderators and admins to share a weekly report, therefore you will see a weekly report being shared by one of the moderators or admins using the official account on Mondays. There will be a weekly report available shortly, and the reason for the delay is that the responsibilities were not shared, which meant that this post had to be shared. Therefore, all of the moderators will be able to share the weekly report on time since this post has been shared for assuming the responsibilities. It is my sincere hope that our readers will bear with us for a while.

In the last three months, we have not been able to share any curation rewards with our delegators, because the funds have been used mostly to reward the contest winners in our contests over the past three months.

We (which includes both moderators and administrators who are receiving support) have now decided to set some percent as beneficiaries to the official account in order to accumulate some rewards that can be used to distribute delegation rewards on time in order to facilitate the process of receiving delegation rewards from the official account. It is for this reason that we would ask all of our members to have some patience for the time being.

There will be a separate post that will be published at the end of the month that will include information on how much rewards we will be distributing to our delegators according to the delegation made by them during the last month.

There is no need for delegators to worry about their rewards from the past three months, as we are trying our best to send the delegation rewards of this period first, and then we will move on to the delegation rewards of this and coming months.

The monthly report will be shared by me @cryptogecko every month, and the purpose of this monthly report is to show the activities that have taken place over the past month and to show the progress we have made.

The report is going to be a compilation of the top posts posted in the relevant month as well as the delegations made to the official community account. We will also use this report to try and inspire the top authors by giving some kind of reward to them in the following month. We hope that from now onwards, you guys will begin working on your posts in a more serious manner.
