Hello, my name is Rifat and steemit name is @h3ll0 ( actually hEllO). This name is of Urdu origin and it means "high rank" or "superior". I am Muslim by religion and Indian by nationality.

I am elder sibking in a family of six including my parents, one brother and two sisters . I belive as an elder member of family, responsibilities pile up with every passing moment. My father is a government employee working in public health engeeneiring department. My mother is a home maker and all my siblings are still studying.

As for my education is concerned, I have completed graduation in science. I have also completed diploma in nutrition science. I have also done a certificate course in women empowerment. Besides routine studies, I am also interested in religois scriptures, novels and fiction books . I like to play outdoor game like khokho, kabaddi, rope skipping and indoor games like carrom.

I joined this platform to create content about science and technology, health , education, women empowerment, nutrition, lifestyle etc. I belive with hardwork everything is possible.

I am invited to this platform by my cousin brother @drqamu who is here for years. I have seen him busy with platform number of times. I asked him many times what it was but due to my academic busy schedules , i couldn't show any interest to it then. Now, i showed interest due to some free time and he guided me about account creation. He also gave me basic understanding of this platform. I hope you allnwill guide me and help me to grow.
