Food menu is actually a necessity that we can't do without. Having to satisfy hunger and derive energy from what we consume has been our forever daily routine. Either breakfast, lunch or dinner must be eaten in a day to remain healthy.

On the 11th of March 2025, these meals complemented my day;

Breakfast as the first meal of the day was never skipped or missed on this day. I made a yummy toast that brighten everyone's mood and served it with hot chocolate.
Breakfast
The bread was made with sardine, butter, salt, maggi, egg and dried powdered pepper. All the ingredients were mixed together, spread on the bread before toasting.

Cornflakes is light and healthy meal that can be served at any given time and of course very easy to prepare. You can use a liquid milk or dilute powdered milk and use in preparing it by just mixing both together then it ready to be consumed.

Evening was fast approaching and being that dinner is also necessary, I thought to prepare fast meal for dinner. I made delicious spaghetti jollof and served it with an healthy protein which is boiled egg.
