Friday was a holiday, so I woke up in the morning and refreshed myself. Then I took my phone and logged into Steemit, upvoted some new posts, and checked important notifications. The day started with a light breakfast. Friday's workload doubled compared to other days, so I made paratha and fried eggs for breakfast. Paratha is one of my favorite foods. My boys also love to eat hot paratha and fried eggs. There is no comparison between hot paratha and fried eggs for a light breakfast on holidays. My whole family and I enjoyed the breakfast with satisfaction.

After breakfast, I got busy with my work. After some time, I felt tired. Because the day was very hot. Due to the heat, I felt thirsty and felt the need to have a cold drink to satisfy my body and mind. So without delay, I took some ingredients at hand, a banana, milk, a little sugar, raisins, and nuts, blended them in a blender jar, and made a banana milkshake. I made a banana milkshake by adding ice cubes to the mixture. A cold milkshake relieves the heat and cools the body and mind. It is not only delicious to eat, but also beneficial for health.

Watermelon is a seasonal fruit. My sons' favorite fruit is watermelon. In this intense heat, watermelon will cool and refresh the body by removing dehydration. It will relieve fatigue and make the body strong.

In the intense heat, I did not cook anything special for the lunch menu. I prepared the lunch menu with some simple dishes. We had hot rice with rice and pumpkin vegetables, fried bitter gourd potatoes, and Rui fish soup for lunch. If you have these to eat, a handful of rice with hot rice and feel satisfied, the Bengali mind will not want anything else. It is very delicious to eat hot rice with fish broth. In the intense heat, you have to eat more vegetables, then the body will be healthy.

After resting for some time after lunch, in the afternoon, when everyone in the house feels the need to eat a light snack, I prepare some food that will make the afternoon tea snack. Similarly, today I made French fries. In a very short time and with few ingredients, I made the afternoon snack special with everyone by making potato French fries. Crispy hot French fries are a great side dish for sour and spicy tomato sauce.

It is not right to sleep on an empty stomach at night. That is why I made a light meal. For dinner, I made the very famous Bengali rice flour chittai with chicken meat. Eating crispy chittai pitha with chicken broth was a great taste. There was also black jam and rasgulla. Everyone in the house was happy to see such a different arrangement for dinner. I was also very happy with everyone's happiness. Alhamdulillah, I enjoyed a very beautiful day with all the family.
