Assalam O Alaikum!

Hello HindWhale Community, How are your feelings? Alhamdulillah @m-princess is doing fine. My purpose to here that is being the part of this amazing contest. Today in this post I'll share my food diary with you. I would like to thanks for organizing this contest by dear friend @jyoti-thelight . I am moving to share my Sehri 6 and Iftaari. InshaAllah my steemit fellow, you will like it.

My Sehri:

  • As you know that this is the Holy month of Ramadan. In this whole month The Muslims fasting. Today was the 6th Roza(fast). I wake up at 3:50 o'clock for preparing Sehri. After preparing Sehri, I ate White paratha with yogurt and Spinach potatoes vegetable.
    Yogurt boosts digestion, make bones strong and supports gut health with probiotics. It promotes heart health, and helpful weight loss.
    Spinach boosts iron levels also make bone strong. It supports heart health and enrich with antioxidants, fiber and vitamins. It fights against inflammation and keeps the body energized.

MY Iftaari:

  • I iftaar my fast with carrot juice and black dates. The taste of carrot juice was outstanding and dates was very sweet and soft. Eating date is the Sunnah of our Rasool(PBUH).
    Date and carrot juice are very useful for health. It gives us instant energy and improves our digestive system. It helps to make immune system strong. Carrots are useful for our eyes and also skin. Dates keep us active and improve heart health. This juice also cleanses our body and keeps us fresh and strong.

  • After this I said namaz and ready for fruits. I took an apple, some strawberries and a guava. These fruits are also good for our health.
    Apple keeps our heart health good and helps in digestion. I like the taste of apple it is enrich with iron.
  • Strawberry is also very healthy. It boosts immunity and makes our skin glow.
    Guava improves our eyesight and controls blood sugar. Also good in taste and helpful in digestion.

  • I did my some houses work, took a rest for while and then ready for rice dish with dahi bhalyan. The taste of rice (pulao) was good. The combination of rice with dahi bhalyan was worth tasting.
    These are also good for health. Dahi(yogurt) is very good for overall health. It keeps digestive system good and help in digestion. Rice are also has protein which is needed by our body.

I hope you are doing well. In the Holy month of Ramadan the Muslims fasting. Your sehri and iftari menu is really good. I like the carrot juice which is very beneficial for health. Your food of Sehr and iftari is full of nutrients and vitamins. The strawberry looks beautiful in the picture. Good luck dear!
