Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you all are well. I am also fine. Today I have prepared my post to participate in @jyoti-thelight mam's food diarygame contest. I really like all these weekly contests that's why I try to participate in all the contests every week. Likewise, I first thank @jyoti-thelight because because of her we can participate in all the contests every week. Anyway, for today's contest, I have prepared a new food diary game which I am now presenting to you.

Breakfast

After waking up in the morning, I freshen up like every day and then walk for some time and get ready for breakfast. Basically, I like to eat light food for breakfast, which is why I like to have bread and other vegetables for breakfast every morning. But my favorite food is bread and dal, which I eat almost every morning.

Similarly, at breakfast, I see that I have been served roti with the dal that was already cooked for lunch. Basically, we will eat this dal at lunch and eat it with the roti for breakfast, so the dal curry has been cooked quickly.

Lunch

At noon I finish my quick bath and then freshen up and change my clothes. Then I come to the dining table as usual and upon reaching the dining table I see that for lunch I have been served dal, rice and sweet pumpkin curry cooked in the morning.

Chicken with dal and sweet pumpkin bhaji are two of my favorite dishes. Although I myself asked to include chicken cooked dal in my breakfast and lunch menu, which is my all-time favorite dish. Moreover, this dish is very beneficial for our body.

Afternoon Snack

After lunch, I always take a nap to rest and when I wake up in the afternoon, I try to eat light food to refresh myself. In this case, that day I found that my afternoon meal consisted of date cakes which my younger sister made. Sometimes these are made in our house in the afternoon because we like these foods for light meals in the afternoon.

My younger sister's homemade hot tal pitha was my afternoon snack which I ate with great satisfaction. Besides, we always eat light food for afternoon snack. Anyway, after finishing my afternoon snack, I went out for a walk for some time.

Night Time

When I went out for a walk in the afternoon, when I returned home, I brought chicken and some luchi for my dinner. All these foods are prepared on a street near our house, which are very tasty and prepared in a healthy environment. Although all these foods contain excess oil which is harmful to our health, the environment for preparing the food is very good.

That's why when I had dinner, my dinner menu included chicken and some luchi which I ate with satisfaction. Moreover, I eat these foods often which I like a lot. Since it is a bit cheaper in price and incomparable in taste, I sometimes eat this food for dinner.
