Hello everyone, how are you? May my friends always be healthy and always under the protection of the Almighty. On this occasion, I would like to participate in the "1 picture 1 story" contest.

Padang satay is a typical food from Padang, West Sumatra. The satay is made from natural meat ingredients and served with thick sauce. The delicious aroma that is immediately smelled with the sprinkling of fried onions on top. Usually Padang satay is also served with lontong, so that the stomach feels fuller after enjoying it.

The unique thing about Padang satay is that it has a thick, yellowish sauce made from ingredients rice flour. Apart from that, the sauce is also mixed with various spices such as galangal, ginger, candlenut, coriander, garlic, and anise thus producing a distinctive aroma and taste.

Padang satay is also one of my favorite foods. sometimes I eat it up to three times a week. I really like this food because the thick sauce is made from spices and has a savory taste. The sweet and spicy taste of Padang satay sauce makes many people like it.

Padang satay is made from beef and chicken. Both types of meat still provide the same taste. There is no difference between the two, just offering a choice of meat that can suit your tastes. It doesn't take long, once you try it you will definitely like it.

Sometimes I eat Padang satay in the morning to add a little stamina. I did that after doing some activities in the morning. After finishing my morning activities, I just thought that Padang satay was suitable for me to eat at that time. That was a very good consideration for me, because I really like it.
