Depalpur is an ancient city and similarly the bus stand. This is a public bus stand. It was built by the government for the ease of the transportation. It is a little far from the center of the city to avoid traffic jam problems. Itis connect with the main Kasur road and Okara road.

From this bus stand we can travel anywhere near or far. From this terminal the longest route is Depalpur to Karachi. Similarly we can travel Okara, Sahiwal, Pakpattan, Faisalabad, Lahore, Multan and other big cities. It looks always busy and full with the passengers and vehicles. It is especially stand for the buses and the vans are not included here but some private APVs.

These are the some offices of the Depalpur bus stand. Each transport company has an office here. If someone wants to get information about the travelling then he can visit the relevant traveling agency office and get detailed information. If someone wants to book complete for the private tour then they can head towards the travelling agency office. The manager or the owner remains in the office. If is there any dispute while travelling then this is also solved by the owners in the offices.

The drivers, conductors, and the passengers use this mosque to fulfil their duties of offering prayer.

Different Food Stalls

Food points are the essential part of each bus stand because the passengers need to buy eating things to cope with the untimely hunger pangs. This bus stand has many stalls. There are cold drink corners, fast food stalls, fresh juice stalls and more. The sellers also visit the buses so that if anyone is in hurry and do not have enough time to visit the stalls then the passenger can buy things from those visiting sellers.

If we talk about the fare prices the fares are reasonable. The management has recommended to attach the fare list on the front screen of the bus so that transparency can be ensured. Anyone can see the fare list. I have attached the picture of the fare list. In this fare list the fare is visible according to the route. They have also mentioned the old fares and new fares. It can be seen that with the decrease in the price of the fuel the fare prices has also decreased.
